Vibration Engineering Consultants, Inc. is a firm of structural and equipment
vibration specialists dedicated to the needs of the microelectronics and micro manufacturing
industries.
As experts in the field, with a staff of over twenty engineers, we are experienced in
the design and retrofitting of fabrication facilities and clean rooms to produce precise
registrations for integrated circuits.
Facility consulting services include criteria/specification development, evaluation and
design and/or retrofitting of new and existing facilities to meet increasing demands for
greater precision. In addition, we provide seismic analysis and design for West Coast and
Far East installations.
Vibration Engineering provides services to original equipment manufacturers (OEM) to
solve vibration, EMI or Acoustic problems and develop permissible vibration specifications used by facility
planners to determine allowable facility vibrations. In support of these analytical
services, two elaborate measurement laboratories are maintained to conduct site surveys
and in-situ vibration testing.
